Ultra Modern Mansion, In this house tour, we take you to the beautiful Venetian Islands in Miami, Florida. We are situated on the Clearwater of Biscayne Bay in between Miami and Miami Beach. These manufactured islands are home to multimillion-dollar mansions with waterfront views represented by the door. This post-tensioned structural mansion designed by architect Charles levy Fishman features seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and 8000 square feet of living space as you make your way over the gated driveway. The board form concrete walls flow from the outdoors to inside, where you’re greeted by an 11-foot glass and metal pivoting door.
As you enter, the natural wood ceilings instantly bring a sense of warmth and comfort to this modern smart home. So as we make our way into this open concept living space on these European white oak floors, that sort of look like I’m walking on a white sandy beach, to my Toluca-inspired living. This open concept 63-foot comprehensive labor room features and exotic BookMatch Stonewall high ceilings and tropical furnishings by artifacts. So what I love about this living room is not only those views but also how they use these earth tones within the furniture and decor really keeps it warm and inviting here, and it’s included in the sale of this home.
Can I like this space? Ultra Modern Mansion
You’ve got these two lounge chairs where I’d probably grab a coffee in the morning, sit right here with those big doors open and that air breeze come in and say, you know what? Life’s good. Now let’s make our way for this formal dining room. This room features this large dining room table with seating for 10. But one thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have a chandelier which accentuates the 12-foot ceilings. Speaking of 12-foot ceilings, it’s a rarity in Miami Beach due to code, so that you won’t see this very often. Now let’s make our way to this gourmet kitchen.
This state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, walnut cabinets, and a center island with a floating hood fan. So the first thing I noticed when I saw this kitchen was these linear windows above and below the cabinets. It makes the cabinets feel like they’re floating, which I think is kind of unique in a kitchen. Also, I love that there are multiple sitting areas you’ve got sitting here at the bar or even at the peninsula, not bad for a kitchen. Ultra Modern Mansion
Now let’s make our way to the maid’s quarters and the garage
The maid’s quarters feature a serving kitchen that’s designed for meal prepping and extra storage. Further down the hallway is the laundry closet with a double washer and dryer, and to sing. across the hallway is a bedroom with an ensuite bath. This hallway also leads to the three-car garage featuring a unique Kummerow Wood garage door. Now let’s make our way to the first-floor bedroom. To take advantage of the waterfront views across the living room, this bedroom features a 12-foot Bittrex invisible wall system.
The glass sliding doors on the other side leave the private outdoor Yoga Day. So as we walk into the bedroom, the first thing you’ll notice is you’ve got this wall of glass. It brings in a ton of natural light into the space. They even went as far as adding that glass right into the shower. Now that’s something I haven’t seen on a first-level suite. The detail I like about this bathroom itself is that it’s surrounded by stone. It makes it feel like you’re at a luxury hotel. Now off to my right, you’ve got your walking closet, and then right in front of me, you’ve got this unbelievable invisible glass.

Let’s make our way to the second floor so as you make your way to the top of the stairs, right here would be the first bedroom up here in this door you’ve got your floor to ceiling shower. And then behind me, I mean check out this bedroom, so now we’re leaving the first bedroom and heading to the second bedroom. We’re on my left. You’ve got your closet, and to my right, you’ve got your bathroom, and like the first bedroom, you’ve got these Unbelievable views.
Across the walnut-paneled hallway, two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and views at the front of the yard. All of the bedrooms on the second floor also have a 10-foot walnut picketing. Now let’s make our way to this unbelievable master suite as you entered the masters. The ample walking closet ahead features two entrances, a custom Island wood stone countertop, and plenty of storage for all your clothes to the left of the entrance. An additional room can be converted into an office, workout room, or other classes designed to capture natural light.
Now we’re going to make our way to the master bathroom
The tropical master bedroom has windows above the bed and glass sliding doors open to the Zen-like patio with million-dollar views of Biscayne Bay. So right when you walk into this Master Suite, No question. The biggest and best feature book in this room is these pocketing doors that open up to your very own private debt.
The spacious master bathroom features a private water closet, a floating vanity with double sinks, and a glass-encased shower. So right when I walked into this master bathroom, I noticed is an unbelievable walk-in shower enclosing glass with that beautiful rain head above. You also have this freestanding tub with incredible views of your waterfront. In comparison, the interior of this home is fantastic. I don’t think anything beats this backyard.
This tropical backyard features 107 feet of water frontage and a beautiful ePay wood dock. That’s perfect for a multi-million dollar yacht. One of the most excellent features of this backyard is the Infinity Edge lap pool. And spa with a rainwater harvesting system that captures the ring to use throughout the home. Lastly, the summer kitchen and bar provide the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining with your family and friends. I mean, this is a place that I think anybody would love.
