Mansion Tour in Marbella Los Monteros Playa, Good morning Youtube. It’s eight o’clock in the morning, and I’m enjoying one of the most beautiful sunrises you can get in Marbella from this waterfront mansion. And the reason I want to start the video here is so you can picture How it would feel to enjoy this kind of view every morning from your villa. I mean, CVS from a mountain can be stunning. But there’s something truly unique and special about this kind of view from your estate. There are very few managers on the beachfront for sale. You can almost count them with the fingers of one hand. Last month, we sold another 12 million more than mentioned.

And where it is here is in Los Monteros playa, another private paradise, one of so many that we have in my Bayer gray organization on the beachside, with security loved by so many and unique in this way.

I guess it was worth it to want this kind of Seaview evident spa in the winter, but again, what kind of winter 320 sunny days in Marbella was it? Yeah, I checked this morning, and they promised 27 degrees today. Seriously, I mean, we need to do a tour about Macbeth. So many people still have to discover this paradise. When we started touring the properties, we would discuss OK. We do a couple more villas. And then what else? Ha year later, 40 to number 20, And now every Monday, so don’t miss them.
Inside, I would like to start with this spacious. I would say a vast living room with this high wooden beam cathedral ceilings. OK, we’ve got a massive fireplace in the middle. Lots of huge, chunky furniture but still with lots of space around got stone flooring. This is connected directly with the outside covered terrace with lots of different sitting areas that create different environments. And here we go, one of the two intriguing dining rooms. That this property has, of course, with a massive chimney. There are so many in this property sitting at least ten people or more, featuring the beautiful views connected to all the outside terraces, lots of space. Beautiful.
Now let’s check out the kitchen before the kitchen area, Mansion
The kitchen has a contemporary design and a stylish black and white dog with a trendy island in the middle. Apart from the kitchen we also have a pantry and the cold room which is like important freezer details like this you need this kind of properties to show and here we get to have a look at one of the many guests with that this house has as many. Most of them have these beautiful views because of the lawn for Sade. And this one is my favorite one for lots of different reasons started with this balcony overlooking the sea and all sorts of garden elements directly from the bed.
If you follow me, then we get to see another stunning little intimate terrorist—the gorgeous sitting area over here. Then opposite we have the walking wardrobe. We were walking into the master bathroom. Which has a pretty cool Bali style designed for this enormous bath that got a walk-in shower toilet hidden behind. However, the best thing is walking out to this intimate terrace, still part of the guest bedroom with these beautiful little fountain details. Then sitting out here to enjoy these stunning views.
Once again, in your little private corner away from everybody else, just perfect
Any guests would love this, and here we’ve got one of many different seating and TV rooms that this property has very private lots of windows. I don’t know if you’ve noticed. But there are loads of separate fountains outside in all of these rooms. So when you sit down here and relax, you open the window a little bit, and you can hear the rush, which is nicely relaxing. OK, let’s carry on another guest suite on the second floor. If you’ve noticed, every bedroom is a little bit got a different style to it. In this case, we have a high vaulted ceiling and some Moorish-style seating areas, and from here. You can enjoy the outside views. And you are taking a look at the plot from a different competing angle pretty interesting as well.
Water temperatures are OK. I just checked—all good. I explained the spa, the beauty of this bar is placed on the first floor. So you’ve got lots of windows, lots of light, of course, we’re looking out to the most critical and unique sea. It’s pretty awesome. I mean spending some time here watching this marvelous view. And it’s not only the spa we’ve got as well sauna Hammam showers we go the gym there’s an office there are lots of different other sitting areas to relax and enjoy is pretty unique, very special provides that character to the property and style as well.
The Master can be described as imposing, Mansion
It covers its whole corner of the property and consists of this big bedroom with beamed vaulted ceilings and got a fireplace and also separately a lounge with fireplace to walk-in closets, his and hers, a kitchenette, and a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi overlooking this also intimate terrorists for the master suite just for the two of you to enjoy the beautiful sunset. We’ve got a double sink shower on one side toilets and another beautiful wooden dark floor that connects the bathroom with the bedroom for this metal steel arch. Let’s check out the basement now.
That is connected then with this games room where we’d go the billiards, or this could be anything you like. And connected directly with the CVC thing and cinema room, sharing both of them colossal fireplace and getting lots of natural light and a glance into the garden with a beautiful fountain.
