VIRTUAL TOUR of a LUXURY, So today, we’re going to take you on a tour of one of the most epic bungalows I’ve seen in Northwest Calgary. Let’s get started. Redwood is nestled right up against the Southside of Nose Hill Park. It’s also close to the university, McMahon stadium, and short commute downtown. So many of these renovation companies come in, and they only touch the inside, not Lucas’s development. They did an incredible job completely reimagining a classic bungalow. It’s got a modern farmhouse design with the paneling, and he’s black numbers on the white background. Just check with that farmhouse light.
Okay, so I’m excited to take you on tour on the inside of this gorgeous property. It’s also got this great little living room space off to the side. But really, the highlight of this home is this large kitchen and this gorgeous Island. Just check out these quartz countertops on the side. I love this look finishes it off very custom, very unique that way. And these details over here in the kitchen, you’ve got an induction oven, this is excellent, not hot to the touch. Soon as you put it on, water will boil instantly. It’s also got this awesome hug, ban the open shelves, the under cabinet lighting. And these are the kind of details you will find when you work with a company like Lucas developments.

And they have done an incredible job on this home. They’ve entirely reimagined the space. Now let’s go down the hallway with three more bedrooms and a main floor laundry. This is also not common to homes of this era. But they’ve done a great job of including a laundry space, but an actual proper laundry room. Storage is so crucial in these homes. This one’s got plenty of it. I mean, check this stuff out here with the tile. So off the second bedroom, here is a walk-in closet and another bathroom. What’s cool about the way they’ve designed this space because when you have 1200 square feet, there’s only so much room is.
They use this main bathroom to have two entrances. It is a four-piece. You’ve got a lovely custom shower here, a toilet, and dual vanity. So just off the hallway is that third bedroom with a walk-in closet. And now I’m going to show you the master bedroom, but I’m going to make you wait for just a second until you see the ensuite incredible. First, take a look at this room. It is significant, tons of space for king size bed if you want, and addresses room furniture.

One of my favorite features, though, is all the light that pours into the space. You’ve reached your deck just off the master. So one of the unique features of this master bedroom suite is the ensuite itself is exceptional. We’re just a few minutes away from Nose Hill Park. Okay, we’ve got one bedroom and a nice large egress window over here. Letson tons of light, and you’ve got storage. This storage space is enormous. And the reason I’m showing you this is because it goes back. Just take a look at that. And in the hallway, we’ve got another great closet that you could use even for linens or potentially a pantry if you rent out this space.
And this is the basement bathroom, the basement bathroom seriously, come on. It is gorgeous. That’s another custom shower that makes three for this home. So this is another thing you need to keep an eye on. Suppose you’re looking at buying a renovated home in one of these older inner-city communities.
