Brand New Modern Luxury Villa, Hello and welcome to another episode. Today we are here in Santa Clara, golf touring this show villa. This is part of the 24 luxury but affordable villas in a gated community surrounded by three golf courses and beautiful cities. This particular villa is listed for 1,530,000. But the prices in this complex will be starting from 1,200,000. And the completion is just over the corner because, in September, they will all be ready. And without further ado, let’s check out the inside. But before this is the two-car carport which can be enclosed at a later date. Let’s take out the interiors open. We have this reinforced steel wooden door with hidden hinges.
As you enter the property, you’re directly encountered with these beautiful views that you have throughout the property. But before we check out the living room, we first go to the guest toilet serving the ground floor. And also here we have a storage room and some more storage cupboards because all this space is being maximized. So that’s a nice touch. This shows that the developer paid attention to the details. And another thing that I want to point out throughout the living area and also the terrorists
We have this grand format of tiling of ceramic tiling to give this indoor-outdoor flow while we have these wooden floors in the bedrooms. Let’s check out this bedroom over here. And upstairs, we have another three. To our left, we have the ensuite bathroom kicked out with a walking shower, which has a rain head in the handheld unit. We have a floating vanity sink that is beautifully carved in, so it almost feels that it is one piece. Over here, we have the inbuilt wardrobe face. Again, we have beautiful wardrobes, and let’s check out the actual bedroom.
Which showcases the beautiful Mediterranean style presented throughout the house
We have our usual recessed lighting, and a remarkable feature of this bedroom is this corner window which provides more lighting for the bedroom. And also, we have our typical sliding door. The living room area is divided between the seating area where you have a large format TV. over to our right. We have the dining table for the formal dining room area and an open-plan kitchen with a middle island. Let’s check out more details there. The kitchen engine is fully kitted with Neff Appliances. We have the electric plate together with the extractor fan built in the ceiling here, and I think that’s very sleek. Also, we have your usual over together with the microwave. We have the dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of storage space without the kitchen even within the middle islands.

Let’s check out the dining area and the seating area as well. Just imagine having your dinner over here and having this beautiful view of nature. Also, if you don’t prefer eating indoors, you can eat outside for your Alfresco dinner. Now, let’s check out the seating area. And also, this armchair is so comfortable. And I can imagine myself reading my favorite book and just chilling over here. It is very, very pleasing. And the good thing is that it comes included in the price just like all different to that you see around and talking about furniture. We also have a large-sized sofa, which is very practical and has a very stylish color. Over here also have an oversized art piece.
Which I think blends in nicely with the decor
Note how the interior designer has beautifully integrated wooden elements into the set of the house. We have here, just in the living room, several pieces to showcase this the TV stand with a dark shade of wood. Even the armchair has wooden elements, a lighter shade of wood for the coffee table. And now let’s check out the most exciting parts of the house or one of the most exciting because this house has so many excellent points that I can’t decide was my favorite, but the outer space is up there on my top list. However, before we go there, notice how the tiles continue from the outdoor to the indoor, making that seamless blend of the indoor-outdoor field.
Over here, just one step away, we are on the outdoor area where we have a lovely double outdoor seating area covered with these wooden beams, which I think is a nice touch. And yet again, it’s an element of Mediterranean style, blending with the modern feel of the house. However, this is not all because we have a dining table that hosts eight to 10 people.

And I think it’s the perfect space to have a pool party with your best friends. Over there, we have part of our garden, which is of a good size. And we have a beautiful olive tree that I think is a lovely touch to this garden margin here, installing your barbecue or having an outdoor gym, or simply chilling on your sun lodges. Yes, absolutely. You have beautiful mountain views. How cool is that? That’s right on point. Now that we’ve seen the beautiful outdoor space that this villa offers, let’s pick up the upstairs, and now we’re on the second floor, but before I present to you the bedrooms, we have three here. Notice the stunning centerpiece and lights we have here. Also, the picture windows allow a lot of light to flow into this area here.
We have a separating hallway with access to the two secondary bedrooms that share this bathroom. Let’s check out the first bedroom. We have our inbuilt wardrobe space. Over there, we have a king-size bed with two lovely bedside tables and light fixtures suspended from the wall. I stayed on piers piece table, which I think is excellent, as well as this beautiful mirror both made out of wood and check out the nightstands, not your usual nightstands, isn’t it, and of course, we have beautiful series from here. I think it’s a lovely touch to the property.

Also, over here, you have your water shower that has the rain head, shower, and your handheld unit. And note the drain that is being concealed for the water to flow in seamlessly. I like the choice of the tiling that they use. And as you notice, they use the same color for the backsplash over here. And we have the recessed light as we have done throughout the house and over here separated by this glass partitioning. You have your toilet and Oh. So you have your bathroom, and you have your be them together with this awning window for better ventilation.
You can get this modern luxury villa for just one and a half million, and you have your private pool, plenty of garden space, four-bedroom bedrooms, four bathrooms, and beautiful living space.
