Praise the Lord God another year of life, Lord willing, and you know, so super excited for you guys this beautiful model home. So the community is a royal ranch by Dr. Horton. It is one story. So as soon as you enter, you have this little closet space here. The two-car garage will be there, but they’re using that as an office. And then to my left, we have the two bedrooms here. Okay, we got a little. Let’s see. Let’s see.

Okay, David’s room. He likes to he likes the jungle stuff right there what I want to what David’s reading is reading a couple of books about, you know, giraffes and tigers. Alright, I got a tiny walk-in closet. And then you got this little window we’re looking to the side of the yard. And just a heads up, this is a pretty reasonably new community. So they got some reasonable pricing and availability if you guys are trying to stay in the three hundred and the two hundred.
You know, and it’s not too far out of the meat. Let me pull up the map quickly to show you guys how far it’s away from Austin and, you know, then Braunfels. If we pull it up here, so let’s see, we’re going to put, let’s put San Antonio Okay, so San Antonio about 36 minutes away. Let me pull it from Boston that way you guys see. And then Austin’s about an hour and six minutes away, so you’re kind of like in the central hub.
So it’s pretty cool
In case you guys are, you know, trying to get some reasonable pricing, and you guys just, you know, are trying to pay those Austin prices. I know it’s such a competitive market out there. It’s, you know, it’s crazy. I mean, praise the Lord, but we were able to find my client, and I think we to show it to you guys. We were able to find them on a beautiful, beautiful Highland home in I mean. It was it’s just crazy how the prices have just gone up. I mean, it was like over half a million. I was like what but overall two beautiful homes. So then, I think the medium home value right now is precisely around 450. So you got the granite tops, electric stoves, stainless steel appliances, lovely, beautiful tiny-out island kitchen.

And you got this little kind of dining area here. Okay. Setups and little bar chairs. Okay, and then you got your living room. Hey, that’s not bad. It’s a lovely little house. And Dr. Horton has a lot of communities out there. Look at the dog. So anyway, guys, What are you all doing for New Year? Joint below a man I’m curious to see um, I’m going to post is this is the 31st, So we’re going to post this before New Year’s, my clients coming over right now so I have a kind of rush this video. So, I pray for everybody. I love all the guys. Thank you for an excellent 2021. It’s just been a blessing. All Glory to Jesus Christ. Remember guys, everything I have. That’s why I try to let everybody know I do not think I’m nobody. I’m just serving the Highest God hear spread a good spread message and do my job and spread the good news to all nations and everybody and do what I got to do. And me and my wife and you know, we love the Lord. And we’re not afraid to say it’s so, so that’s, I want to thank you all for 2021 being just a fantastic year.

The winds will push them back and forth, but it’s not going to move them. Okay? Because you’re rooted in Christ.
